Regular physical activity improves persistent pain. It can also improve our quality of life, sleep, mood, memory, and even our immune function. Increasing physical activity, however, can be challenging. At times, even accomplishing daily tasks causes pain and the thought of exercise seems counter-intuitive or even frightening.

These modules can help you determine the right activity to start with and can help you establish how to start and how to make a progressive plan.

We recommend doing the modules in order. You can go back and forth at any time.
