About University Health Network (UHN)

  • UHN offers a variety of pain management programs through its Comprehensive Integrated Pain Program (CIPP).
  • The Interventional Pain Service (IPS) offers a variety of therapies such as injections, nerve blocks, nerve freezing and neurostimulation.
  • The Rehab Pain Service offers support for patients with widespread and neuropathic pain. They also offer in house self management programs.
  • The Transitional Pain Service offers support for patients prior to surgery and for 6 weeks up to 6 months after surgery.

Your First Appointment

  • A medical secretary will contact you to book your first appointment.

Please Note you may be asked to complete patient intake questionnaires at your first appointment so please arrive 30 minutes early.

    Parking is available enter at corner of Bathurst and Nassau, or the corner of Leonard and Nassau.

Please have your healthcare ready and check- in at the registration desk located in the elm street lobby. Clinics are located on the 1st floor.

    Toronto Rehab Institute – University Centre does not have a dedicated parking lot however there are However, there are several public parking garages close by, including on Murray Street (directly behind University Centre).  University Health Network has a parking lot across the street from the hospital at 201 Elizabeth street.
